I am really frustrated and angry.suddenly I have to come up with all kinds of information in order to be able to continue to use Skype. I have been a paying subscriber for some years now and no longer have the information required. As I cannot get into my account to stop my subscription I would like to know another way to do this. I am extremely disappointed to be treated this way after my loyal support. How can I cancel my subscription other that through my account which I am unable to access?
